1. Declaration of Accuracy

I hereby declare that all the information provided in this application is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. Should my product or service offering differ from what has been described in this application, I acknowledge that the Seaward Master Home Owners Association (SEMHOA) reserves the right to request my immediate removal from the event.

2. Right to Reject

I understand and accept that the SEMHOA reserves the right to reject my application for participation at their sole discretion, without the obligation to provide reasons for such rejection.

3. No Harmful or Dangerous Items

I agree that I will not bring any harmful or dangerous items to the event. I understand that the safety and well-being of all attendees is of paramount importance, and I will adhere to all safety regulations set forth by the SEMHOA.

4. Clean and Tidy Area

I agree to keep my allocated area clean, tidy, and free of any hazards throughout the event. I will ensure that all waste and materials are disposed of responsibly at the end of the event, maintaining the event space in a presentable and safe condition.

5. Data Storage and Use (POPI Act Compliance)

In compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act), I acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage, and processing of my personal information by the SEMHOA for the purpose of managing the event and facilitating communication regarding this and future events. SEMHOA retains the right to store my personal details securely and to contact me as necessary for event-related matters or other appropriate communications.

6. Contact and Communication

In line with Section 69 of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act), I consent to being contacted by the SEMHOA via email, phone, or other communication channels, as necessary, in relation to this event, as well as other relevant updates or opportunities. I understand that I have the right to opt-out of receiving communications at any time, in accordance with the provisions of the POPI Act.

7. Event Organiser's Rights

I acknowledge that the SEMHOA, as the organisers of the event, have the right to take any action they deem necessary to ensure the success and safety of the event, including the right to enforce compliance with the above terms and conditions.
